Light Gauge Steel Frames Builders Modular Depot is a full-service light gauge steel frame fabricator for residential and commercial structures. Our services consist of structural shop drawing for fabrication, fabrication of steel trusses, floor joists, and stud wall frames to suit all kinds of needs and requirements by the client and complies with local building codes. We do have a deputy inspection system to deliver with OSB sheathing wall frames to site. Also, we can install an insulation to frame core such as rock wool, glass fiber or polyurethane insulation by thermal conductivity and local building code.
