Builders Modular Depot is a full-service light gauge steel frame fabricator for residential and commercial structures.
Our services consist of structural shop drawing for fabrication, fabrication of steel trusses, floor joists, and stud wall frames to suit all kinds of needs and requirements by the client and complies with local building codes.
We do have a deputy inspection system to deliver with OSB sheathing wall frames to site.
Also, we can install an insulation to frame core such as rock wool, glass fiber or polyurethane insulation by thermal conductivity and local building code.

A finished wallboard system combining environmental responsibility, fire protection and premium decorative surfaces.
Laminated Magnesium or Gypsum Board
SUPER BOARD is an environmentally friendly laminated magnesium or gypsum board manufactured with modern chloride-free technology. The system is designed to provide at least two hours of fire protection without harmful materials.
After installation, the wall system is already finished with premium decorative surfaces such as wood grain, marble, stone, fabric and wall-covering textures for interior and exterior applications.

SUPER M BOARD
Laminated magnesium sulfate board engineered for fire protection, moisture resistance, durability and chloride-free performance.
Super M Board uses high-purified active magnesium oxide as the main fireproof material and high-quality magnesium sulfate as the main cementing material.
Fiberglass mesh strengthens the board while lightweight filling materials support the core structure.
The chloride-free composition helps reduce corrosion, expansion and moisture-exudation problems.
